I would be shocked if they go to market again at this price level and at this market cap.

I think someone mentioned directors had 22 months without pay, they used shortfall proceeds to pay off the debt owed to them, but the money is then put back into the company again via the shortfalls. so essentially this transaction is same as directors taking salaries in lieu of cash, though with the added advantage of all stocks were issued to them at the very low end.
