Thats enough funds to continue exploration
And plenty funds to perform due diligence on an acq or project. At time of vend, these are usually funded with scrip plus minus some cash and may be accompanied by SPP or CR but overall add value for shareholders (considerably).
Storm in a tea cup if you ask me and still cheap.
