i phoned the company who said an Appendix 3B has not been issued because they have more to raise before all of the new shares are issued

the raising will be at least $3 million or 60M shares

shares on issue will be around 217M

market cap at 5 cent raising price will be $11M (with $3M in cash or EV of $8M)

there are also 72M options exercisable at 5 cents

very good capital raising price, considering this fell as low as 2.2 cents (i.e., 1.1 cents pre-consolidation)
