From memory l think costs associated with listing on asx is circa the 1.5 million range...so if we look at this as a property transaction we are buying 500000 stock minus the 300k cash which can get stretched out for 18months if need be
So at worst case its a 2bagger ...its frggn crazy...now this is a golden shell
Patience most likely needed but who cares
What l like about these plays you only need to invest small to luck a decent return...
