Asteroider, I can't comment on much of what you've said as I haven't had time to read any of the announcements today. I'm still trying to catch up announcements from my other shareholdings over the last two days as I've been busy with work.
Just on the Borsano block (on-shore Italy), the exploration licence expires on 26/11/09. Under the terms of the licence KEY can apply for an extension, but if granted they lose 25% (I'm pretty sure that figure is correct) of the licence area.
