Generally speaking ASIC really need to revise the guidelines and compliance for CEOs Directors and IR personel before they allow them to put a company on the stock exchange.
Im fed up with waiting for these amateur managements to continuously come out of suspensions.
Pathetic businessmen and should have a strike against their names.
