had a chat last Wednesday to see why no announcement yet re; south African assets, and apparently our court date was put back from Monday to Wednesday and our m.d had flown out to s.a in anticipation of a decision being reached, interesting to note that the DMR are not contesting the case so why we even have to go to court is beyond me. asked if he was in south Africa to set up a deal if the lease was reinstated and I think it was fair to assume such, also asked about derewo and the army is on site checking out the comings and goings, obviously all mining has ceased and while they can't give a clear date they are confident mining will start soon, I asked what is to stop PTIA dragging out the process to fatten up the bill and fortunately there is a cap on costs in the agreement so it is not in their best interests to delay the process as they don't get paid for at least 30 days after mining commences, so I guess we could be pleasantly surprised by ann. on both fronts in the next few days, but how many a few is , only time will tell, I was happy enough to buy a couple more.
