Ok, I’m prepared to take the lead on this shareholder activism thing.

As a first step, I’ll contact the company and get an up-to-date copy of the azure share register

I’ll then write to all the current shareholders to enlist their support for a general meeting where a vote can be held (to call a general meeting we require support of 5% of SOI (~$500,000 in total). This is achievable by contacting every single person listed on the register and outlining a compelling case for change)

In addition to highlighting the company's looooong history of poor share price performance, cash-burn, and non accretive capital raises, I’d highlight Tony salary which seems outrageously generous by any measure and disconnected from his job performance.

The whole project doesn't require much effort or cost really. Just the time it takes to get the information from the company, draft some materials (with polished written content and some illustrative graphs and tables etc) and a few sheets of postage stamps. Easy peasey.
