I reckon you should top up at 2 cents. Reasons being:-
1. The capital raising might push the stock price up like it did before in history.
2. It is at five years low.
3.Cobalt and Nickel price will go back up eventually as electric vehicle is the future.
4. Buffet investing teaches us when people are fear. You have to be greedy.
5. You don't give up easily. Just keep on persevering.
