Do some more reading of the original prospectus. The 30 mil raised was to pay out the business that they took over (as well as allocating them shares). While cash outflows will b 10mil, receipts (which they never include as a prediction in the quarterly), will significantly exceed 10mil. This company is meant to be an already cash positive generation business, so dividends should be likely at end of year.
