IME had cash receipts normalised of say $1.2m and expenses normally around $1m by the looks and has $5m cash. It has a MC of just under $30m

When IME run month to month on a normal basis with no one off expenses it runs cash-flow positive.

I see a huge discrepancy in market caps from VHT to IME.

Might need some clarifying but just a basic comparison and of course they have done the same in the preso as well.
Note since the preso VHT has moved up significantly.
