Good points and I realize that obviously management have a reason for rolling out business potential by country before ramping up actual penetration. However further to your sustainable business comment one could argue that if they could show they can service ( without too man negative reviews) a given market and thereby actually get some real traction and maybe a 1% share in USA for example then maybe that demonstrates more sustainability than adding markets without adding much share.
I am an investor and am surprised this business hasnt done a lot better which makes me wonder.. has UBER, LYFT et al killed the airport transfer business ?
