Yes I think they will need to raise before the end of the year. I think this has been weighing on the SP for a while so it would be best to get it over with sooner than later. The actual business is going well so there is no reason to think this raise will be a problem.
In hindsight they probably should have raised more in the original float and less in the seed round. The tiny free float has been holding back interest in JAY.
