Yes JAY has not been a successful float, but given it is not underwritten or very liquid the SP is pretty meaningless to the long term. I didn't buy in the IPO so I am happy that I get to buy at a 30% discount.
Given how illiquid JAY is I would not be surprised if one of the big holders buys just to juice their quarter. It would not take much to run it back up over 50c.
