i like SKF business and deals but the core issue is they are a fixed-rate software service vendor, meaning SKF don't operate on a "per user" or revenue share basis, so growing users does not necessarily translate to growing revenues. furthermore, the data on the users belong to the client and it will be very difficult for SKF to monetize that.
having said all that, if SKF can turn its pricing model into a revenue-share based model, and structure contracts where they can provide or tap into the behavioral insights of the users, that will be the gold mine.
