Given the GM is on Monday Aug 6, (three days away), I cannot see how any EGO board spill planned will impact the voting at this meeting. I would expect EGO management to clarify to their shareholders if they were in "caretaker mode", or were in receipt of a formal board challenge.

Interesting developments with EGO and Mr Smith's plans. i remember him well at CPN, Worth a look at how that turned out.
