Can anyone shed light on the proposed consequences of EGO board spill on the voting at KEY meeting,if EGO is in caretaker mode can J L C M Marshalls board still vote on the resolutions.Not sure if this would make any difference to the outcome as it appears the mood is somewhat receptive to a YES vote on most of the resolutions put forward,except the giving away of options.
