What I'd like to know is:
Given that EIR provide 'consulting' services to ROG and RG is MD of both companies, when does "conflict of interests" come into play.
Basically he sits in the EIR office and issues a bill for consulting services. Then, toddles off to the ROG office to OK payment of that said bill ( while hoping the other RG will cough up), not a hard decision. Now, just needs to wander on back to the EIR office, put ones hand out and, cha ching!
Just doesn't sit right with me......
Legal robbery IMO, or is it?
