Big dilution. SP will be around the 0.008 and 0.009's for a while, or at least until they can give a positive ANN to the market. A bit disappointing, why raise the $2.8M now. Wouldn't it be best to raise say $1M for a small drill program, if they find anything SP will jump and further CR's can be done at higher prices.
