that does suggest that they believe it’s a possibility that it could trade up to $0.015 sometime by 2021. I was among those who thought this company had potential to quadruple its value in short time. I may have gotten this idea by the CEO saying just this on a recorded tv show. I feel misled but that was my risk. 
The market for shares now must be surely tempered by a mistrust that whatever you do the BOD could come in again and undermine you with a decision like this, one I feel might have been put to a vote of shareholders first.
