Buyers will come when they can show that they can get a handle on their spending, cost of customer aquisition and stop the very heavy level share based payments to directors and employees.
They haven't shown any of this yet. The way they have been spending shareholder money to date should have generated a much faster growth in revenue.
When you remove the R&D "revenue", growth has been disappointing.
