Somewhat of an over reaction by the market here offering some good buying opportunity. Yes, those are quite high employee costs (2.2mill which is like 2/3 of their cash burn) but it's somewhat of a double edge sword. They are delivering on their promises plus some with increasing revenue. Incentives to the employees drives growth. Is it too much though? I'm unsure. As long as they continue to grow revenue and expand globally they are achieving their goals. Whether further dilution is needed we shall see I guess.
