I don't get what you are calling a "consolidation". There is not consolidation in the group accounts as of FY18 and cashflow statement (quarterly) has no consolidated impacts. Once the JV is up and running it's likely to be accounted for as a JV and hence not consolidated. Also if it was then all related party transactions would be eliminated on consolidation.
