Im guessing this means taking the matter to the Land Court? How is the matter supposed to progress if the people lodging the claim are refusing to talk on the issue? It is unfortunate that something like this is allowed to cause everything to come to a grinding halt with the ACMC seeming to be doing nothing to progress towards making a decision.
Still over $9million in the bank which is handy.
