In October 2017 Rogers put together his management team ...COO, CFO and Development Officer. I don’ know what happened prior to that but I think it was a much more frugal operation. These guys were also incentivised with share options. Looking out expenses they are huge for a struggling company.
When they cannot afford to mine due to no capital due we require all this senior management?
