than6571.  Please don't think I'm trying to hog the answers and I really do hope that others, and there are some excellent others, will give you their views for all of us to share.
I'll just start the ball rolling as I seem to have the most TIME on my hands.  
This should provide you with some guidance re the transport questionl. " The Mining & Processing Agreement with Maroon Gold provides for Maroon to undertake and meet thecosts of the mining, transportation and processing of up to 100,000 tonnes high grade ore under Laneway’ssupervision through Maroon’s Black Jack Gold Processing Plant located outside Charters Towers."
My take on the Maroon deal is that management are using what they have identified as the quickest way to get some cash in the bank.  They don't care what the costs are.
JUST 100,000 tonnes (from 8 million) with relatively consistent good yield, proven by those latest drill results, with minimal "mining" involved in what they call a "simple shallow open cut " operation.    They were very happy to get the deal with Maroon and, IMO, happy to accept what, I believe to be, generous terms for Maroon. Charters Towers is over 612ks from Agate Creek!!! Black Jack has capacity to expand to 340,000 tpa, this deal is really chicken feed and "could" even be a one off if LNY aren't satisfied with the nett result. 
It's all about cash, as quickly as possible.  Maroon held all the aces.  IMO, what comes after the first 100,000 tonnes is another ball game altogether, watch that space, LNY won't be so desperate!!
