I would have thought so.  The "market" has responded very positively after a very slow reaction, which suggests that most have only found out through "other channels" such as HC.  Incredible.  They will probably get a "please explain".  I can't believe how slack management is and how the ASX puts up with it.  Failure to comply with the "Disclosure Rules" "should" have to pay a price.  I'm starting to feel as if what I have done is bordering on insider trading, which it isn't of course as it IS on the public record where I got it from.
