The yield and, where known, the value of the mineral resources won during that period and cumulatively during the term of the mining lease. 3. Within 60 days of the expiration of the mining lease, or upon lodgement of any application to renew this mining lease, the holder must provide a written Final Report to the Chief Executive that outlines the following in sufficient detail to enable the Chief Executive to assess the holders compliance with their obligations under the mining lease: a. The operations and authorised activities carried out since the last report and cumulatively during the term of the mining lease; b. The human, technical and financial resources expended since the last report and cumulatively during the term of the mining lease; c. The yield and, where known, the value of the mineral resources won since the last report and cumulatively during the term of the mining lease; 4. The holder must provide any further information the Chief Executive requires in relation to any report.
