cudeco1. There is another way of looking at this question, which, frankly, is the only one playing on my mind regarding the SP.
In the last 12 months. There have been around 360 million shares traded, BOUGHT and sold, of which around 160,000 have been @ .004 and .005. So, is it too simplistic to deduce from that that there are around 200 million of those 360 million that were BOUGHT @ .003 probably by smaller traders/punters, still being held? I couldn't imagine that those that took up the 158 million placement @ .003 in December in payment for their services wouldn't have already taken a further 33.33% or 66.66% profit on top of what they invoiced the company for!!
People also question why they only use SIs and directors for there cash injections. They have been operating in a debt financing situation, with no cash flow, and a retail CR simply takes too long to raise the (any) cash which could place the directors in a legal bind regarding trading while insolvent. Placements are so much quicker, reliable and cheaper and don't even need a prospectus.
Incidentally, Charters Towers has had 20 inches of rain in the last week, a year's average and Townsville town is bracing for another 3 inches plus, so, don't know how much work is being done at the DNRM? Buy side is building up and looks like the pessimists @ .004 are starting to give up.
