i understand its only if one entity exceeds 19.9%....i stand corrected though. Its possible one is holding a cornerstone holding for the other....
it will be interesting to see if the clean up crew wade in at some point. While the quarterly wasnt too much fun, it could have been worse, and, as you say, old news.........change in management, and some better rental billycarts may help immensely.........
