Don't even need to do that. Assuming shareholders pass the resolution in a couple of weeks X coal gets a charge over the assets, which is all the want anyway, they don't want the listed entity.
As to the meaningless trade, I know, I was being a smart ars 3.8m shares traded and one trade for one share at the end pushed it up 4%!
