ASIC is also as dodgy as the next guy.  Do some reading on one of the past chairman. Some really big fish. Where you have money and opportunity, you have dodgy brothers all taking pieces of the pie. 
Not suggesting this is at all related to our stock, just for the naive that think we play in a fair regulated environment, we don't.  But we can still capitalize regardless while being aware of the potential.
