I think between us we could well have a solid prosecutor/defense debate, as I have been reading ASX rule 13.4, both the actual rule and the guidance note, and it seems to me there may well be a case against the kind of activity we apparent  with ANW.
ok, there is a lot of reference more to the brokers responsibility in identifying possible manipulation, and I guess therfore their requirement not to process the order on such suspicion, and also, the acceptance of computer run algorythms that sometimes get their wires crossed, but their is also some disclosure required in that event. All very formal sounding.

I have another bone to chew about this also, but am working on my note to the ASX on the matter, which needs to be sent to the ASX surveillance branch... who contact details are considered maybe confidential... go figure... contact us, but you cant have our contact details ??
