Pretty sure if there is no change in beneficial ownership in trades, ie selling to self , or between brokers for same interest. Is non genuine and therefore manipulative and not allowed. Although there have been massively obvious cases of this, moving huge amounts of money in other stocks on ASX, senate enquiries into it, and basically nothing happens.
