It is understandable and fine to be frustrated with ANW when our expectations aren't met. All of us here have had times where we were frustrated and pissed off. To address your points i'd say the following:

I don't think ANW expected to be in this position where Lind has a lot of power over the SP and now have to face their wrath. Our saving grace is that sales expected to be this quarter. If Lind take too long to convert we can get more cash and pay off a greater chunk rather than having them all convert to shares. I do agree however that Lind has a nice grip on ANW currently and I would expect Lind to sell a portion for a quick profit upon conversion, but they also did hold on to a lot of shares from previous funding agreements. They too are expecting this company to grow and appreciate in SP so that is a little comforting for me at least.

As for the drilling I didn't know companies could hold back price sensitive information for further results from a nearby resource, maybe it can be seen as a single zone and therefore can be held until all results are back? We might be holding everything back to wait out Lind as well but probably not. I'm also a but annoyed that we didn't get the results back after the delay in the first place however, would've been nice to have that information before Feb 20. Anyway, there can be a lot of reasons why it is held back so I wouldn't speculate good or bad news. With all the suspicion of leaky ships and no change in SP, it might be a good and bad one

This is my view as a long termer however, so my view is a lot more rosey and positive compared to medium-short terms holders. I have lessened my holdings a little bit as ANW is really dragging its feet in the mud but I still believe in the assets bringing it home. All imo of course.

    Rattle:
Yeah I'm starting to feel as though sales will be early March now. Can't do much on my end now but watch sadly. My only, near impossible, hope is this: "Where the conversion price would be less than the floor price $0.012, the Companymay elect to satisfy its obligations to issue conversion shares by paying the relevantamount to Lind in cash." If Lind stall the conversion ANW could manipulate the SP themselves down to a VWAP of 0.13 (Remember conversion is 90% of VWAP) and then pay Lind all back in cash possibly. Lind would be all over this condition though, it might push them to convert as soon as possible which I am hoping for.
