Yes, Scottm and everyone else who are supportive of the company objectives and Russel.K, I agree with you'll. I just hope / wanting Russel to put VCR (whatever) in his or her place. I am personally sick of vcr negative comments on this thread. I am personally happy with the progress Russel is making with the company thus far, even if it takes a bit of time.He will prove vcr wrong and make him eat his words,  I could say a lot worse but just biting my tongue......
