This Management signed the Binding heads of Agreement with the Quarry owner on 20/10 2017.The contract of sale will be executed by mid March 2018. Don't believe everything this Management team promises they will soon blame the Nth Queensland rain for the delay. I believe both deals will not happen but you will get the Capital raising at around 15% discount to the current share price. CHEERS
