jdc is much better run than before, they have produced spa from low grade phos rock and I would suggest that the modifications they have will be successful.
though I concur that the time taken commercialising ihp has severally happered avenira moving forward and the mismanagement of the smp mine has left only the really die hard avenira supporters.
