The update does say the due diligence is at the preliminary stage not advanced or late stage. But this could just be a ruse to ensure shareholders don't rush for the phones for more information. They haven't given up on Mr Patel either and his IOU. The 4 Bar would come in very handy at some point. GLTAH.
