The company can easily afford to commence construction of the new resettlement village as the total expenditure for that has been priced at approx US$900K. No need to wait for mine finance to get started this.

As stated in the recent Nachu update the 54 acres of land for this has already been acquired so I presume clearing will start (if not already commenced) once the worst of the wet season is over. 

Hopefully they can electrify the new village with solar and IM3 battery packs in each household or go with the zeroXess Kumbaya solution that will have IM3 batteries inside.
