Where did you read that C4V have been struggling for funding? Maybe pop up a link to some sort of artefact?

Where did you get the $700K in IT costs from mentioned earlier?

The fact that despite having "game changing" battery technology the only company willing to invest was an Australian mineral exploration company indicates there wasn't a whole lot of interest in the investment world.
