I disagree, firstItaly is still game on, so very much a positive
Secondly, there was no mention at all, of us looking to find a farm in partner which is always noted on the last few quarterlies or finals etc, ie. "Although no farminee has been identified to date, the company continues to seek potential farm-in partners"https://hotcopper.com.au/threads/agm-presentation.4556799/
There is earlier mentions as well, but you get the jist
Sometimes it is whats not said that is important, no mention of a farm out deal is significant imo
The company said "A firm and contingent work programme was submitted to the Namibian Ministry of Mines and Energy (MME) during December 2018 and the Company expects a response from the MME regarding the work programmes shortly" and " Negotiation of the work programme for Phase 3 is currently underway"
Obviously if a deal is in the pipe this is a major step that needs to be completed
If we did not have a deal in the back ground what work commitments could we agree in our current position otherwise and why would the Namibian Ministry bother to give us another licence if we were not keeping step with the current licence
This is a very positive report and it seems we expect to hear from the Ministry shortly (soon) which may imo be followed by a deal. Could be a clean take out or a farm in
Time will tell ;-)
