Ever thought of other party with vested interest and stand to lose big time when TON finally goes into production decides to give a bigger brown bag to stop or delay the signature? There have been many conspiracy theories in the past as to why TON share price is being suppressed so not at all surprised if this type of act come into play. My musing only.
