On 16th January JDR anticipated that the deal over the Austrian tenements would be completed within two weeks.
In today's announcement, on page 6, JDR tells us that they will announce "its decision with respect to the acquisition in the near future."
So OK, there is some delay in making a decision about doing a deal. No worries. These things happen.
However, on page 1 of today's announcement JDR states that it has entered "into a binding agreement to acquire an 80% interest in two Austrian Lithium exploration projects."
It also states that: "completion of the acquisition expected to occur early in the following quarter."
What is the state of play? How can JDR be still delaying making a decision on an acquisition after it has entered into a binding agreement to acquire?
I must be missing something.
