....and there folks is the capitulation of the OB's folks - the final realization that the odds are presently stacked against the ' souffle ' rising twice in successive years. Would be highly unusual indeed - and so 3,500,000 tipped out in one go at .002 cents. If we can get the monkey off our backs with the OB's hanging over - we might half a chance in seeing the heads progressively advance forwards. Could be wrong , but that's what the market seems to be telling us.
