My concern is, 2 Mill is not a great deal when you consider that their estimated spend for 2019 is $1.5 mill (2018 annual report) that doesn't leave a lot in reserve. Their 30% share of expenditure is either pro rata or dilution of that 30%. That is my concern DILUTION of their holding.
