I have a feeling in my bones that we are getting very close to having some of our questions answered. Since New Era and Indus have resubmitted their application, and it appears that there is an air of confidence in that they have prepared draft documents, then surely those details that the ASX specified that needed to be sorted out will simply get a tick this time round.
I am looking forward to next week for a breakthrough. The actual details may be a bit gutting as a shareholder as the arrangement is revealed but at least there is a way forward.
