Yeah it is great that they might be progressing well with the reverse takeover but by the time New Era take their share in the company and then they raise a few million $$$, our share holding will be that diluted it will barely be worth worrying about. Add to that, the rush for the exits once it does relist, there will be so much selling pressure on the SP.
