Now I see tonight that things are moving along. According to the announcement on the Half Year accounts (14/03/19) I see that IND and New Era have re-submitted the revised application and IND is presently awaiting the ASX response.
It looks as though they are reasonably confident that it is all go from here because they have put together a draft of the proposed reverse takeover in anticipation of a positive response from the ASX
So wake up Gosh and all those who are bored out there. Be prepared for the next steps.
