It appears that we still have a few hoops to go through. They did submit a case to the ASX but that was deemed to be a bit short of what was required in certain areas. So Indus and New Era are going through the process again and talking about the points that need addressing. So that is going to take a bit more time before they get around to submitting a fresh arrangement to the ASX. So another couple of months involved. That is the gist I think from a quick skim read of the announcement. Correct if I have missed anything or skewed things too much from my quick read.
